alented singer and guitarist Dave Miles hasn't always been a musician. For many years he worked at a Government establishment in his home town of Cheltenham. He can't say exactly where it was or what he was doing there as it's highly secret - but it's known all over the world!

While employed there he played the pubs and clubs around Gloucestershire as a solo artist until the mid-nineties when he joined three other musicians to form the band Mid-C. (You can hear them on the Gold spot Recordings Gold spot page)

The success they enjoyed over the next two years encouraged Dave to quit his job and become a full time professional singer.

It wasn't long before he was spotted by a local recording studio and invited to sing and play on some of their sessions.

More success swiftly followed when he appeared on the popular TV show 'Stars in their Eyes, appearing as Gold spot Robert Palmer Gold spot singing "Addicted To Love". The show was broadcast on 11 November 2000, and a national audience was able to hear the talent that Gloucestershire audiences had come to know well.

Because he sings in a wide variety of musical styles Dave is now in demand over a much wider area. He has recently recorded his first solo album Gold spot 'Smooth' Gold spot, which demonstrates this versatility.

As well as his solo act Dave performs with established band Gold spot 'THE HAWDS' Gold spot and a new band, Gold spot 'JIBBERISH'. Gold spot
